Brittany Murphy dead at 32, video

Brittany Murphy who is best known for her portrayal of a disturbed women Girl, Interrupted died today of a heart attack at the young age of 32.
TMZ the entertainment website was the first source to report her death stating an emergency call that came from her LA home by her husband, Simon Monjack. According to reports her Murphy’s mother found her unconscious in the shower.
Paramedics determined she was in cardiac arrest and tried to revive her at the scene. Upon arrival to Cedars-Sinai medical centre she was pronounced dead.
Murphy has been acting since she was a child with a role in the musical Les Miserables at age nine and her first Hollywood appearance on Drexell’s Class at age 14.
However, her big breakthrough did not come until age 19 when she appeared in Clueless with Alicia Silverstone. After the sleeper film made it large, Murphy also landed good parts in Don’t Say a Word, Sin City, Uptown Girls, and Girl, Interrupted.
Other notable portions of her life in the limelight include her role in 8 Mile alongside Eminem and her major pop hit Faster Kill Pussycat with Paul Oakenfield.
Along with her success, there were also rumors surrounding Murphy about health and possible drug use problems including cocaine. Murphy continuously denied any claims stating that her only vice is caffeine.
Murphy dropped of filming her latest film due to creative differences although entertainment sites reported that it was because her husband fought with the locals and she was hard to work with.

I thought Brittany Murphy was a great talent. It is too bad she is gone so young. I read she was supposed to start a new movie in January. It is sad that she might have died like Heath Ledger with presciption drugs.
